July 4th has always been my favorite holiday (until more recent years where it was beat out by Mother's Day, but non-the-less, it's up there ;)  I love everything about it;  what it stands for, the weather, the pomp-n-circumstance, & the food. This year we thought we'd forgo the pomp and just enjoy some peace and quiet. We had the opportunity to head on over to my parents house in central Wisconsin. Below you'll see how we enjoyed the outdoors as we celebrated our country and our freedom this Independence Day.
