Last day in Grand Marais

Vacation is such a time of renewal, perspective, relaxation (kind of), and refreshment. But, boy, it's hard to go home. I suppose, if we lived here, we would start to take advantage of it just like we do our cute little home on our quaint tree-lined street in suburbia. So it helps me to be thankful for it all. And I hope I'm teaching that to my children. Even so, we all left with heavy hearts. We through our last stones in the lake, we stopped at the campsite and said our good-byes. Then we headed home, BUT we took the scenic route, hoping to maybe catch a glimpse of that ever elusive moose.
